My tracking number isn’t working!

No worries! 🚀 Most orders have tracking, but some may not. If your tracking number isn’t working, double-check if it’s entered correctly (copy & paste works best!). Still having trouble? Email us at luxemaxi.com@gmail.com, and we’ll update you on your order.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email + SMS notification with tracking details. 📩📱 You can also check our Order Tracking Page for real-time updates!

Tracking says ‘delivered,’ but I haven’t received my package!

Sometimes, postal services mark a package as "delivered" when it arrives at your local post office. 📬 Give it a few more days, or check with your local post office to see if it's waiting for pickup. Still no luck? Contact us!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, this may take up to 6 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is on the way!

How long does shipping take?

How is my package delivered?

This depends on your location! 🚚 Your order will be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a pickup notice may be left for you.

Where is my package being shipped from?

Our warehouses are located in China & the United States. Most orders ship from China, but don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

Oh no! 😟 If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo or video proof 📸📹 at support@luxemaxi.com, and we’ll send you a replacement for free! 💙


✅ After Purchase

I put the wrong shipping address/wrong variant—can I fix it?

If you need to change your shipping address or product selection, email us ASAP at support@luxemaxi.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to update it. 🚀 However, if it’s already shipped, we can’t make changes or offer refunds for incorrect addresses.

My package is stuck in customs—what now?

Customs delays can happen, and we unfortunately don’t have control over them. 😓 If your package is held up, we recommend contacting your local customs office to release your items. Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update your address. However, once it’s shipped, we can’t make any changes. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order!
